My job

One of my jobs is called "venture capital business", which is that we help the management of companies and receive the stock as a consulting fee instead of money. This means that if our help makes this company's value inscreasing, we get a lot of money. If not, we cannot get any fee. In other word, this is the scheme to match my company's goal with this company's goal. their happiness leads to our happiness and our effort leads to their happiness. I like this scheme.

And I like a venture company. When we invest, all I have to do is just to understand the owner. If we feel that we want to help him due to the personality, we can invest to him. In other word, we donot need to help bad people. It is fun to grow up the company with a good owner.

But this job is very difficult because we have to have something superior to the owner. Furthermore it is expected that we can do all the owner have to do. Not only management knowledge, but also economy, law, accounting, tax, presentation, project management..

In the future I want to become such a peroson.
